I’m a NYC stage and screen actor with my BFA in Acting from Boston University, studying classical acting at LAMDA.
One thing that characterizes my work is an ability to work in many different mediums; I have professionally performed Shakespeare, contemporary works, musical theatre, and dramatic and comedic on-screen works.
I have been lucky to work alongside greats— such as Obie-award winner Dustin Wills and playwright Eisa Davis— and places I believe in at Williamstown and NAATCO— that share my conviction: to make art from a place of community and a larger sense of purpose. As a white-passing Japanese-American, I usually find myself straddling borders: I am often too white for roles which might connect to my Japanese heritage, but too “other” for white roles. Ultimately, however, I believe that history is often shaped by those who do not fit neatly into a box.
My first feature, The Bride!, is set to hit theaters in March of 2026, and playing the upcoming festival circuit is two-hander feature No Later Light. TV credits include roles in Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin (HBO), Uncoupled (Netflix), FBI (CBS), and Power Book III: Raising Kanan (Lionsgate/Starz).
I also love baseball, vintage, lifting, and vegetarian cooking.
Thanks always to my family, friends, and those who support me, without whom my ambitions would be just a dream.
